Refund Policy

The customer or recipient has to notify us of any issue with any item or delivery service within 12 hours after delivery to qualify for any refund policy.

 

A refund will be sent to the credit card or the bank account that you have paid from. The refund amount will not be given/delivered to the recipient.

 

You will receive a full refund if we refuse/cancel an order that you have paid for.

 

You will receive a full refund if we are unable to deliver your order on your selected date.

Tohfabd does not issue cash refunds for perishable or consumable items. You may exchange any non-perishable item within 15 days of purchase.
